Cool down on a hot day with this refreshing Watermelon Slushie recipe. Made with frozen watermelon, lime juice, and a hint of mint, this drink is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

Frozen Watermelon Slushie:
- 10 cups Seedless Watermelon Cubes, frozen for at least 24 hours
- 2–4 tbsp Maple Syrup*
- Juice of 1 large Lime
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint or Basil leaves, loosely packed (Optional, but recommended)
- 1 1/2 cup Filtered Water (see notes for a fun substitution!)
Instructions
- Defrost Watermelon: Let the Frozen Watermelon chunks sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to defrost slightly.
- Blend Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine Watermelon, Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Mint, and Water. Pulse until broken up, then blend to desired consistency.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust Maple Syrup as needed. Add more water if too thick.
- Serve: Divide into 4 glasses and enjoy!
Notes
- If you do not have a blender with a tamper, use a Food Processor instead
- Approximately 1/2 of a Medium-to-Large Seedless Watermelon is needed
- Adjust Maple Syrup based on Watermelon sweetness, starting with 2 tbsp
- Maple Syrup can be swapped for any sweetener
- Try using flavored Sparkling Water for a fizzy twist!
