- 1/2 – 3/4 cup almond milk (cashew milk or coconut milk as alternatives)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients—powdered sugar, raw cacao powder, palm shortening, almond milk, and vanilla extract—to a stand mixer bowl. Start mixing on low speed for about 30 seconds to begin incorporating all ingredients evenly.
- Blend Thoroughly: Once the mixture starts to combine, increase the mixer speed slowly to high and blend for one full minute to achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
- Adjust Consistency: If the frosting is too thick, gradually add more almond milk to thin it out to your desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add more powdered sugar to thicken it.
