  • 23 Tbsp. honey or agave (adjust, to taste)
  • 3/4 cup water, to blend

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Popsicle Mixture: In a blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. honey, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and Adjust: Adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more lemon juice or honey, according to your preference.
  3. Fill Popsicle Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds using a funnel for easy pouring.
  4. Insert Sticks and Freeze: Cover the molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 3-4 hours until completely solid.

Notes

  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, use paper cups and sticks/straws for freezing.
