For the Popsicles:
- 3 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (thawed, if frozen)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
- 2–3 Tbsp. honey or agave (adjust, to taste)
- 3/4 cup water, to blend
Instructions
- Prepare the Popsicle Mixture: In a blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. honey, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and Adjust: Adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more lemon juice or honey, according to your preference.
- Fill Popsicle Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds using a funnel for easy pouring.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze: Cover the molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 3-4 hours until completely solid.
- Enjoy: Remove the popsicles from the molds and savor this refreshing treat!
Notes
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, use paper cups and sticks/straws for freezing.
- To release popsicles easily, run the mold under cold water or wiggle the sticks gently.
- Leftover popsicles can be stored in a freezer bag in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
