Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Use an immersion blender to purée until smooth.
- Add Chia Seeds: Stir in the chia seeds until well mixed.
- Refrigerate: Chill the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh fruit and whipped cream, if desired.
