Cheesecake Base:
- 14 Oreos, divided
- 2 tablespoons (26g) salted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 heaping tablespoons (42g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream optional for topping*
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Crush 9 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the dish.
- Make the Filling: Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and chopped Oreos.
- Freeze: Spread the mixture over the crust. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
- Serve: Cut into squares, add whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
