Kohlrabi:

- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 small lemon
- 1/3 cup (33 g.) grated pecorino romano or parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425° F and prepare a rimmed baking sheet.
- Prepare Kohlrabi: Trim and peel the kohlrabi, then cut into wedges.
- Toss with Seasonings: Toss kohlrabi wedges with olive oil and garlic powder.
