These Pepperoni Pizza Pinwheels are a fun twist on traditional pizza, with all the delicious flavors rolled up into a convenient bite-sized treat. Perfect for parties, snacks, or even a meal!

Dough
- 1 13 oz. pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
- OR 1 Recipe Homemade Pizza Dough prepared through step 4*
Easy Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 tsp EACH onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp EACH dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper
Toppings
- 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 32 pepperonis
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers (or combo of your fav chopped toppings)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Roll out dough: Roll dough into a 12×16 inch rectangle on floured parchment paper.
- Prepare sauce: Whisk together all Pizza Sauce ingredients. Spread ¾ cup sauce over dough, leaving a 1” border on the top edge.
- Add toppings: Top sauce with mozzarella, pepperoni, green peppers, and Parmesan.
- Roll and slice: Roll up the dough tightly, then slice into 12 pieces. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- *My Homemade Pizza Dough recipe makes enough for two pizzas so you will only use half the recipe/dough for one pizza.
