6 Cups (1 1/2 inch cubes of Ciabatta or Rustic Italian Bread)
Red Onion:
1 small, peeled & thinly sliced
Cucumber:
1 1/2 Cups, thinly sliced
Fresh Basil Leaves:
1/4 Cup, chopped
Burrata Cheese:
6 Ounces
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake bread cubes: Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until crisp.
- Cool bread: Allow the bread cubes to cool to room temperature.
