1 small, peeled & thinly sliced

Cucumber:

1 1/2 Cups, thinly sliced

Fresh Basil Leaves:

1/4 Cup, chopped

Burrata Cheese:

6 Ounces

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Bake bread cubes: Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until crisp.
