Description

This Orange Creamsicle Moonshine is a fun, nostalgic, and easy-to-make alcoholic drink with the dreamy flavors of orange and creamy vanilla. It combines orange juice, vanilla, sugar, two types of alcohol, and vanilla creamer for a boozy treat that’s perfect for parties or sharing with friends.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Liquids

  • 1 gallon orange juice (no pulp)
  • 1/2 cup French vanilla liquid coffee creamer
  • 3 cups 190 proof Everclear
  • 1/2 cup vanilla vodka

Sweeteners & Flavorings

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Other

  • Mason jars (for storing)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients – In a large container, combine the orange juice, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, French vanilla creamer, Everclear, and vanilla vodka. Stir thoroughly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is well incorporated.
  2. Store in Jars – Pour the moonshine mixture evenly into mason jars, sealing them tightly.
  3. Refrigerate – Place the filled mason jars in the refrigerator and let them sit for 2 weeks. This resting time allows the flavors to meld together for the best taste.
  4. Serve – When ready to enjoy, shake the jars well and serve the Orange Creamsicle Moonshine chilled or as desired.

Notes

  • This recipe uses high-proof alcohol; consume with caution and keep away from children.
  • If French vanilla liquid creamer is unavailable, substitute with regular vanilla creamer or homemade vanilla syrup with half-and-half.
  • The moonshine will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
  • Make sure to shake well before each serving to incorporate any settled ingredients.
