Ingredients
Thicker cut Canadian bacon:
3 pieces per cup of muffin tin,
Shredded Mozzarella cheese:
to top each cup,
Pizza sauce:
1 tablespoon per cup,
Pizza toppings of choice:
such as pineapple, well-drained
Instructions
- Prep the Muffin Tin: Lightly grease a regular-size muffin tin. Place 3 pieces of Canadian bacon into each cup, pressing them down.
- Add Sauce: Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce into each cup.
- Add Toppings: Layer on your desired pizza toppings.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake uncovered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 27 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Watch closely towards the end.
