  • 1 to 2 tsp smoked Spanish paprika
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter (ghee clarified butter)
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup canned diced tomato
  • 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry and coat with flour, paprika, salt, pepper, coriander, cayenne, and sugar.
  2. Cook Ingredients: In a skillet, sauté shallots, garlic, and bell peppers. Add shrimp, tomatoes, broth, wine, and lemon juice. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  3. Finish: Stir in parsley and serve hot.
