- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 (15 oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, plus more as needed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Add the onions and oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion until softened then add the garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
