Ingredients
Greek Yogurt:
1 1/2 cups
Mango Puree:
2 cups or 3 ripe mangoes
Sugar or Honey:
1 tablespoon (optional)
Saffron:
1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Kosher Salt:
1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Prepare Mango Puree: If using ripe mangoes, peel and cut them. Blend mango pieces until smooth. Skip if using canned mango puree.
- Mix Ingredients: Blend mango puree with yogurt, salt, and saffron until smooth.
- Fill Mold: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top. Insert sticks and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
- Unmold Popsicles: Run mold under warm water or soak in warm water to loosen popsicles. Gently remove and enjoy immediately or store for later.
