  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Zest from 3 lemons
  • 1 cup whole milk

Additional:

  • Powdered sugar for dusting, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9″ springform pan by greasing and lining with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk olive oil, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl. Add vanilla, lemon zest, and juice. Mix briefly.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: Sift salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Add to wet ingredients alternating with milk.
