Description

This Lemon Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Pasta is a flavorful and satisfying dish that combines succulent shrimp with a creamy parmesan sauce, bright lemon, and savory garlic over linguine pasta.


Ingredients

Linguine Pasta:

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta

Shrimp:

  • 1 1/4 pound large shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, cook the linguine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Garlic and Shrimp: In the same pot, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until shrimp turn pink. Add spinach, cook until wilted.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Return pasta to the pot. Add remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley. Stir until mixed and butter is melted.
  4. Finish with Lemon: Add lemon juice, toss, and serve immediately.
