Linguine Pasta:
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
Shrimp:
- 1 1/4 pound large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, cook the linguine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic and Shrimp: In the same pot, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until shrimp turn pink. Add spinach, cook until wilted.
- Combine Ingredients: Return pasta to the pot. Add remaining butter, parmesan, and parsley. Stir until mixed and butter is melted.
- Finish with Lemon: Add lemon juice, toss, and serve immediately.
