- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Bowl Assembly
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked white rice, brown rice, or quinoa
- Olive oil, salt, pepper for roasting
- Lime wedges for serving
- Optional: fresh parsley or chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken – Whisk together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken in the mixture, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Grill the Chicken – Cook marinated chicken on a grill pan or outdoor grill until charred and cooked through. Rest before slicing.
- Cook the Broccoli – Toss broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F until golden or steam until tender.
- Prepare the Garlic Sauce – Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
