Gelatin Base

- 1 cup cold water
Yogurt Mixture
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (whole milk preferred, vanilla or plain)

- Whipped cream or Cool Whip whipped topping
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, add the gelatin powder and pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir continuously for about 2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Add Greek Yogurt: Whisk in 2 cups of Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain, whole milk preferred) until the mixture is well combined and creamy without lumps.
- Incorporate Cold Water: Pour in 1 cup of cold water and give the mixture a gentle stir to blend everything evenly without creating bubbles.
- Chill the Mixture: Transfer the mixture into 8 individual 6-ounce serving dishes or one medium serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until fully set, about 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Before serving, optionally top each portion with whipped cream or Cool Whip and garnish with fresh strawberries or your choice of toppings like sprinkles, chopped nuts, or fresh mint.
- Storage: Cover any leftovers and refrigerate for up to 5 days to maintain freshness and texture.
Notes
- You can use two 3 oz boxes of Jello instead of one 6 oz box, or choose sugar-free Jello as a healthier alternative.
- Whole milk Greek yogurt provides the creamiest texture; however, plain or non-fat Greek yogurt can be substituted depending on dietary preferences.
