Description

These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick dinner or a summer barbecue. Marinated in a blend of spices, coated in a garlicky Parmesan butter sauce, and cooked to perfection, these skewers are sure to be a hit with everyone at the table.

Chicken Skewers:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prep and Skewer Chicken – Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Cut chicken into 3″ pieces, coat with olive oil and spices, skewer tightly.
  2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce – Melt butter, add garlic, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, seasonings, and Parmesan. Whisk until combined.
  3. Cook The Chicken – Air fry skewers at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping and basting with sauce.

Notes

  • Oven Preparation: Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake skewers for 14 minutes, flipping halfway and basting with butter. Broil for 2 minutes. Baste with butter sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Grill Preparation: Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with butter. Finish with butter sauce and Parmesan.
