Chicken Skewers:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Prep and Skewer Chicken – Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Cut chicken into 3″ pieces, coat with olive oil and spices, skewer tightly.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce – Melt butter, add garlic, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, seasonings, and Parmesan. Whisk until combined.
- Cook The Chicken – Air fry skewers at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping and basting with sauce.
Notes
- Oven Preparation: Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake skewers for 14 minutes, flipping halfway and basting with butter. Broil for 2 minutes. Baste with butter sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Grill Preparation: Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with butter. Finish with butter sauce and Parmesan.
