Description

This Easy Ravioli Lasagna recipe is a quick and delicious twist on traditional lasagna, using frozen cheese ravioli for a shortcut. Layers of ravioli, marinara sauce, and cheese are baked to perfection for a comforting meal.

For the Lasagna:

  • 2 (25 oz) jars marinara sauce
  • 40 oz frozen cheese ravioli (or beef or spinach cheese)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

For Garnish:

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer the ingredients: Spread half a jar of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers.
  3. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
