Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place the fresh cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, maple syrup, raw turbinado sugar, and cinnamon into a medium-sized pot.
- Cook Mixture: Set the pot over medium heat and cook the mixture for about 10 minutes.
- Stir and Mash: Stir frequently and mash the cranberries gently to break them down as they soften.
- Cook to Consistency: Continue cooking until the sauce thickens to a jam-like consistency, checking frequently to avoid burning.
