Ingredients

Units Scale

Fruits

  • 1 cup dragon fruit, cubed (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup mango, cubed (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 bananas, cut into quarters (fresh or frozen)

Liquid and Creamy Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any other milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)

Flavorings & Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Other

  • 24 ice cubes (depending on desired thickness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients – Cut the dragon fruit, mango, and bananas into cubes or quarters if not already prepared. If using frozen fruits, no need to thaw beforehand.
  2. Add Ingredients to Blender – Place the cubed dragon fruit, mango, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, vanilla protein powder (if using), vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes into a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth – Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is very smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  4. Serve – Pour the smoothie evenly into two glasses and enjoy immediately while cold and fresh.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and protein powder.
  • You can adjust the thickness by adding more or fewer ice cubes or milk.
  • Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness.
  • Use frozen fruits for a creamier, colder smoothie.
  • Garnish with fresh dragon fruit slices or chia seeds for presentation.
