For the Whipped Coffee:
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee (I used Moccona vanilla praline)
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp hot water
For Serving:
- 3/4 cups milk (~1 cup), chilled or heated
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Whipped Coffee: Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl. Whisk on high speed until stiff peaks form (2-4 mins).
- Serve: Add ice cubes to a mug, pour milk, then top with whipped coffee. Serve.
Notes
- 1 Tbsp = 15 ml
- I haven’t tried other forms of coffee (such as freshly ground coffee) with this recipe. Instant coffee works best for the creamy texture.
