Sweet Potato Fries:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Seasoning:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Season the Fries: In a mixing bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Cook the Fries: Cook in batches in the air fryer until crispy, about 12 minutes, turning halfway.
- Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice each into 1/4-inch sticks.
