- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Prepare Fruit-Vegetable Mixture: In a food processor, finely mince the chopped onion, apple, carrots, and pickles.
- Drain Liquid: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and squeeze out the juices, discarding the liquid.
- Mix Ingredients: In a clean bowl, combine the fruit-vegetable mixture with mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
- Add Turmeric: Mix in the turmeric. For a deeper color, refrigerate the sauce before serving.
