- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Sauce
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- parmesan to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- parsley to serve
- red pepper flakes to serve
Instructions
- Mince Garlic and Onions: Begin by mincing garlic and onions. Slice chicken breasts into cutlets.
- Coat Chicken: Spread mayo on chicken and coat with flour and seasonings.
- Fry Chicken: Fry chicken in a pan until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare Sauce: Cook onions, garlic, butter, flour. Add chicken stock, then heavy cream. Season and add parmesan.
- Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return chicken to sauce, top with parsley and red pepper flakes.
- Serve: Serve with preferred side dish.
