- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- Chopped, fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

- Cook Shrimp: Sauté shrimp in butter and oil until cooked; set aside.

- Combine: Toss pasta in sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Add shrimp and parsley.
