  • 4 scallions, ends trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the full-fat sour cream, fresh lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until well combined and set aside.
  2. Combine the Vegetables: In a large bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, scallions, red onion, chopped dill, capers, and the remaining 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning. The extra seasoning adds a nice crunch and more flavor to the salad.
