These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are perfect for game days, parties, or a delicious weeknight dinner. Tangy buffalo sauce, creamy ranch dressing, and shredded chicken all baked into cheesy sliders.

For the Chicken Mixture:
- 1 rotisserie chicken shredded (about 3–4 cups shredded chicken)
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Sliders:
- 2 packages King’s Hawaiian rolls, 12 count each
- 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- For the topping:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Sliders: Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in the baking dish. Top with half of the cheese, chicken mixture, remaining cheese, and top halves of the rolls.
- Brush with Butter: Mix melted butter and Italian seasoning, then brush over the sliders.
- Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are browned.
- Serve: Optionally, serve with coleslaw.
Notes
- You can use 2 (9 count) packages of King’s Hawaiian slider buns instead of the rolls.
- The buffalo chicken mixture can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.
