Pasta:
- 8 ounces of pasta
Beef Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon instant bouillon cube (chicken or beef)
- 1 (15-ounce) can marinara tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté Onion and Spices: Cook onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic, bouillon, and seasoning.
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef, drain excess fat.
- Add Sauce: Stir in marinara sauce, simmer for 8 minutes.
