Dry Ziti Pasta:

Spaghetti Sauce:

2 (26 ounce) jars

Provolone Cheese, sliced:

6 ounces

Sour Cream:

1 ½ cups

Mozzarella Cheese, shredded:

6 ounces

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

2 tablespoons


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta: Boil ziti pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes; drain.
  3. Prepare meat sauce: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, add spaghetti sauce, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Layer the dish: Spread half of the ziti in the dish, top with Provolone cheese, sour cream, meat sauce, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese, and remaining meat sauce. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese.
