Description

These Airfryer Bang Bang Chicken Bites are a delicious and spicy twist on traditional chicken bites. Coated in a flavorful mix of spices and a creamy Bang Bang sauce, these crispy chicken bites are perfect for a quick and easy appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites:

  • 12 pounds Chicken Breasts, cut into one-inch cubes
  • Garlic Salt
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne
  • Black Pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 3/4 cup Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 TBS fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/41/2 cup Sriracha (depending on spice level desired)

Instructions

  1. Lightly season your chicken cubes with each of the spices. Cover with Saran Wrap and set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the Bang Bang sauce together well. Adjust spice and tang levels to taste.
  3. Dump half of the Bang Bang sauce on top of the chicken. Ensure all pieces are well coated.
  4. Cook the chicken in batches in the air fryer.
  5. Place chicken into air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, then flip each piece and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165F.
  7. Remove from basket and place on serving tray.
  8. Drizzle with Hot Honey and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro.
  9. Serve with the remaining Bang Bang sauce for dipping.
