Rigatoni Noodles:
- 8 ounces rigatoni noodles, cooked al dente and drained
Seasoning:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Prepare Noodles: In a large bowl, drizzle the cooked noodles with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Air Fry: Arrange the pasta noodles in a single layer in the air fryer rack/basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
