Chicken Thighs:
- 7–8 bone-in chicken thighs
Marinade:
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Coastabile olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Remove chicken from package, wash, and place into a large bowl. Remove excess water.
- Marinate: Coat chicken with oils, honey, coconut aminos, lime juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F.
- Cook Chicken: Brush air fryer tray with oil. Place chicken thighs skin down in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for 8 minutes. Check internal temperature.

- For extra flavor, brush marinade on chicken when flipping.
