- 6 ounces green olives, drained and patted dry
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Olives: Drain the olives and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Coating Stations: Set up three shallow dishes – one with flour, onion powder, and garlic powder; one with beaten eggs; and one with Panko, bread crumbs, and salt.
- Coat the Olives: Dip each olive in the flour, then the egg, and finally the bread crumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Air Frying: Spritz the air fryer basket with oil spray, place the olives in a single layer, and spritz them with oil. Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
