Description

This refreshing and patriotic 4th of July Mocktail is the perfect non-alcoholic drink to celebrate Independence Day. Bursting with fresh mint, citrus flavors, and juicy berries, it’s a fizzy and flavorful beverage that everyone can enjoy.


Ingredients

Fresh Mint Syrup:

  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup, 1:1 (If using 2:1 simple syrup, cut amount in half)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Mocktail Base:

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 cups Club soda or Seltzer water (Topo Chico also works)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, quartered

Instructions

  1. Muddle the Mint: In the bottom of a serving pitcher, muddle the mint leaves to release flavor and aroma.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add honey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and lime juice. Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Add Fizz: Pour in the club soda and stir gently.
  4. Final Touch: Mix in the blueberries and strawberries.
  5. Serve: Pour into glasses filled with ice, garnish with additional berries, and serve. Enjoy!
