Yogurt Cups

- 1/2 cup granola, more for topping
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
Topping
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
- 1/4 cup granola, smaller pieces work better
Instructions
- Prepare Muffin Pan: Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or use a silicone baking pan.
- Layer Granola: Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of granola into each cup.
- Mix Yogurt and Strawberries: In a bowl, mash the yogurt and strawberries together.
- Layer Yogurt Mixture: Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each cup.
- Add Strawberries: Press strawberries into each cup and top with granola.
- Freeze: Chill until firm, about 2-4 hours.
